This is like a message from God to me right now. I lost my Dad two months ago and let depression and alcohol take over my life. I'm currently under medication for depression and am no longer drinking but after reading this message, I feel so relieved. (I never really had anyone to give me good advice like this) It's like the answers to my prayers have been answered. I've been letting myself suffer for far too long. Today I realized that I'm only hurting my health by thinking negative thoughts. I will try by best from now on to think that life can only get better if I think positive and just keep telling myself that I'm strong and I can break any obstacle that gets in my way. Thanks again!
